I know it's illegal, but...

I know how to make an Hetaloid now.

I managed to get Ukraine and Belarus's voices w/o (much) music.


All you have to do is get Utagoe (you can find it's download on Livejournal) and you'll find tutorials lying around somewhere. (: And the rest is just normal UTAU making rules!


Now, I only suggest using Utagoe for taking vocals out for making music mixes (in my case, I used Carrot and Stick and Im mixing it with another song), but if you make a Hetaloid, okay then (:
