Hey, everyone! Welcome to the Voca-talia Club! Here is where your love for Vocaloid and Hetalia meet! and... um... well, this is my first time doing something like this, so forgive me if things aren't as awesome as other clubs are... |D *bricked*

Okay... I guess the first thing I want to mention here are the rules...

JOINING THE GROUP: If you want to join, just click the "Join our group" button. Poof. that's that.
AFFILIATES: um... If you want to Affiliate, note me about it, I don't want you to comment because it might end up lost in all the other comments... and I want to make sure you're noticed... unlike poor Canada...
SUBMITTING! THIS IS IMPORTANT WHEN SUBMITTING!
-I'll have folders up with different categories, please, do me a favor and put your art in whatever category your art goes under...
-I guess since I'm just starting this club, I don't want to drive myself too crazy with the submissions, um... would three times a week do you guys well? um... Just know that this isn't permanent and it might change... depending on how popular this club gets... |D
SKETCHES: If you're not going to color it later on and the sketch looks good and it's cleaned up and everything, then yes, you can submit it.
UTAULOIDS/GENDER-BENDS/OCs: Yes, UTAUloids are acceptable. So are gender-bends. And OCs.
ADVICE If all hope is lost, cosplay is always a good answer!
...Um.... o.o I guess anyone that already has a club and is better then this then I am can tell me some more rules to post... I really don't know what to say...

~~~WHAT IS HETALIA???~~~
Hetalia is a historical/comedy anime series in which all the major countries of the world are "personified" based on stereotypes and cultural differences of each country. Don't get me wrong, this is REALLY funny... the things the Hetalia characters say and do...

America: Alright, so here's the plan for defeating the Axis... France, you'll be my support. England, you'll be my support. China, you'll also be my support. And Russia, you have the most important job of all, my support~
England: That's a STUPID plan! What are YOU going to do???
America: Me? I'LL BE THE HERO!!!

Japan: I guess being stranded here isn't too bad. After all, there's plenty of fish around...
Germany: ugh... I'm kinda tired of eating fish... I just want a beer.

~~~WHAT IS VOCALOID???~~~
Vocaloid is a voice-synthesizer where you have cute-looking characters-- each with their own unique voice --sing for you. It's about 100$ if you want to buy the program. The most popular Vocaloid is Hatsune Miku. She can sing unimaginably high notes, and some people that know both Vocaloid and Hetalia say that Japan has a fetish over this girl. There's not just Vocaloids, however, there's also UTAUloids, they're basically the same as Vocaloids, only they're free for download, plus you could make your own by recording voice-samples. Kasane Teto is the most famous UTAUloid.
